I don’t weigh myself as near as much as I used to. I’ll measure myself every now and then with the measuring tape though. Please don’t get obsessed with the numbers! It could very well be muscle gain or other things!!

Dang it. I got off track for two days, TWO days and now I don’t feel like exercising and just feel like eating crap!!
Ok this might look and sound gross but it’s actually pretty good. Multigrain and flaxseed water crackers with guacamole on them. I tried one with salsa and had three of these. Now I might have an orange. Interesting breakfast/lunch huh?
